Company creation of Aurora Eiendom (2021)

Pangea Property Partners was financial adviser, debt adviser, and Joint Manager/Bookrunner in the creation of Aurora Eiendom and the acquisition of five Norwegian shopping centres valued at NOK 4.8bn in total. The five centres have a total gross lettable area of 109,000 sqm and an annual footfall of approx. 13.5m.

Sale of Asset Buyout Partners (2021)

Pangea Property Partners acted as joint lead adviser for HitecVision / Asset Buyout Partners in connection with the sale of ABP to Fastighets AB Balder. ABP is valued at NOK 9bn (post deduction of deferred tax) and the portfolio consists of 106 properties of 264,000 sqm and ca. 1.8 million sqm of land at strategic locations along the Norwegian coast.

Sale of Masmästaren Fastighets AB (2020)

Pangea Property Partners advised Masmästaren Fastighets AB on the sale of the company at SEK ~5bn in the third largest transaction in Sweden in 2020. The portfolio consists of ~250,000 sqm in Falun, Borlänge, Uppsala, Västerås and Nacka with a 50/50 split between residential and commercial properties. The buyer is Fastighets AB Balder.

Sale of Coop’s logistics hub at Gardermoen (2020)

Pangea Property Partners advised Møller Eiendom and Stokke Industri on the sale of Coop’s main distribution center next to Oslo Airport at NOK ~3.0bn. The transaction of the ~85,000 sqm logistics hub is the largest transaction of a single logistics property in Norway and the Nordics. The buyer is NREP. Link to investorfilm

Sale of Tjuvholmen Allé 1-5 (2020)

Pangea Property Partners advised Eiendomsspar on the sale of Tjuvholmen Allé 1-5 at NOK ~2bn. The 15,500 sqm office building over 9 floors is one of the most attractive office buildings in Oslo CBD. Sale of Strawberry's Hotel Amaranten (2020)

SEK 1,5 billion Stockholm
Pangea Property Partners advised Strawberry/Stordalen in the sale of Clarion Hotel Amaranten in the largest hotel transaction in Stockholm and Sweden since 2015. The 19,000 square meter hotel with 461 rooms was sold to NREP for SEK 1.5 billion. The transaction crossed all borders in Scandinavia, with a Norwegian seller, a Swedish building and a Nordic buyer.
