Castellum’s acquisition of Norrporten (2016)

Pangea Property Partners advised Castellum in the acquisition of property company Norrporten. The transaction included 123 properties with a lettable area of approximately 1.2 million sqm in Sweden and Denmark. It is the by far largest transaction in the Nordic property market in 2016 with an underlying property value around SEK 26.2 billion.

Citycon’s acquisition of Sektor Gruppen (2015)

Pangea Property Partners advised Citycon in the acquisition of Sektor Gruppen, the second largest shopping centre company in Norway. The portfolio included 34 shopping centres with a lettable area of approximately 600,000 sqm. It was the largest transaction in the Nordic property market in 2015 with an underlying property value around EUR 1.5 billion.

Starwood’s acquisition of Sveareal and Fortin (2014)

Pangea Property Partners advised Starwood Capital Group in the combined acquisition of Sveareal in Sweden and Fortin in Norway. The transaction included 106 properties with a lettable area above 1.1 million sqm.
