Citycon’s acquisition of Sektor Gruppen

Pangea Property Partners advised Citycon in the acquisition of Sektor Gruppen, the second largest shopping centre company in Norway. The portfolio included 34 shopping centres with a lettable area of approximately 600,000 sqm. It was the largest transaction in the Nordic property market in 2015 with an underlying property value around EUR 1.5 billion

Several divestments for DNB Liv

Pangea Property Partners advised DNB Liv in the separate divestments of three landmark properties in central Stockholm and Oslo. The assets were hotel and congress property Stockholm Waterfront (SEK 1.8 billion), office and retail property Oslo City (NOK 5 billion) and Clarion Royal Christiania Hotel (532 rooms).
