Intea fastigheter ramps up
Just before the summer, Intea Fastigheter announced the acquisition of two major office properties in Sweden from Blackstone and Areim. The properties are located in Linköping (Garnisonen) and Östersund (Campus) with a total area of approximately 132,600 sqm. In addition, there are some 40,000 sqm of unused building rights. The properties are practically fully let with more than 90 percent public sector tenants.
Pangea Property Partners was buy-side adviser to Intea Fastigheter, a newly founded property company owned by a number of Swedish corporate pension funds. The sales price was approximately SEK 2.9bn, making it the by far largest Nordic pure play public sector deal in 2016. Altogether, Pangea Property Partners has advised on more than 20 transactions with an underlying property value above €4bn so far this year.To news archive
