Retail transaction in Motala
Agora, owned by Klövern, has sold the property Plåtslagaren 7 in central Motala. The retail property is known as ‘Gallerian’ and has a lettable area of approximately 12,000 sqm, including parking. The largest tenants are Akademibokhandeln, H&M, Team Sportia, Lindex and Gina Tricot. Pangea Property Partners was buy-side adviser to Fastator in the transaction.

Västerkulla Hotell has acquired the property Bergmästaren 22 in central Falun. The property was built and extended in 1930 and 1985 respectively with an extensive refurbishment in 2013-2015. The tenant is Clarion Collection Hotel Bergmästaren on a long lease agreement. The hotel has 85 rooms, conference facilities, restaurant and bar.

Today it was announced that Oslo Pensjonsforsikring has sold a Plantasjen asset in Oslo to Malling & Co Eiendomsfond. The property is located in Gardermoen Business Park and is fully let to Plantasjen with a remaining lease term close to 17 years. Earlier this year, Oslo Pensjonsforsikring sold three Plantasjen assets in Finland to Ragde.

Conficap has sold a logistics site in Pilängen, an established industrial area south-west of Örebro, to a new investor consortium. The logistics site has a lettable area of about 19,200 sqm and is fully let to Onninen, part of the Kesko group. In addition, the site comprises some 170,000 sqm outdoor storage, parking and undeveloped land.
